The Proctor’s Point HOA has been in operation since 1997. The responsibilities of the PPHOA are to:

  • Establish standards for homes in the community
  • Enforce the bylaws
  • Assist with resolving disputes
  • Collect and manage HOA dues annually for the purpose of:
    • Paying taxes
    • Paying insurance
    • Maintaining common areas
    • Hosting annual recreational community activities
    • Managing and being responsible for any other requirements
